Components of long arm wheel loader

1. The engine

The shoveling and loading and unloading operation of the loader is realized by the movement of its working device.the working device of loader consists of bucket 1, moving arm 2, connecting rod 3, rocker arm 4, rotary bucket oil cylinder 5, moving arm oil cylinder 6, etc.the whole work unit is hinged on frame 7.the bucket is hinged to the oil cylinder of the rotary bucket by connecting rod and rocker arm for loading and unloading materials.the moving arm is hinged with the frame and oil cylinder of the moving arm for lifting the bucket.the turning of the bucket and the lifting of the moving arm are operated by hydraulic pressure.
When loading the loader, the working device should be able to guarantee that: When the oil cylinder of the rotary bucket is closed, the oil cylinder of the moving arm is lifted or landed, the connecting rod mechanism makes the bucket move up and down flat or close to flat, so as to prevent the bucket from slanting and scattering materials.when the movable arm in any location, bucket spinning the movable arm hinge point around during discharging, bucket angle is not less than 45 °, movable arm fall after unloading and can make the bucket flat automatically.
There are seven main types of loader working devices at home and abroad. They are divided into three, four, five, six and eight types according to the number of components of linkage mechanism.according to whether the input and output rods have the same steering, it can be divided into forward turning and reverse connecting rod mechanism.
In earthwork, the bucket structure of loader bucket is usually made of low carbon, wear-resisting and high strength steel plate welding. The cutting edge is made of wear-resisting medium manganese alloy steel.
The shape of the bucket cutter is divided into four types.insert resistance, wear resistance and easy replacement should be considered in the selection of tooth shape.the teeth are divided into sharp teeth and blunt teeth. The wheel loader usually adopts sharp teeth, while the caterpillar type is usually equipped with blunt teeth.the number of bucket teeth is determined according to the width of the bucket, and the distance between bucket teeth is generally 150-300mm.the structure of bucket teeth is divided into two types, one is integral type and the other is split type.the segmented bucket teeth are divided into two parts, basic tooth 2 and tooth tip 1. After wear, only the tooth tip needs to be replaced.
Inverter modification and application
Loader at startup, the motor current will be higher than the rated 5-6 times, not only affect the service life of motor and consumes more electricity. The system in the motor when the design selection will have a certain margin, the speed of the motor is fixed, but in the actual use process, sometimes at a lower or higher speed, so the frequency conversion reform is necessary.the frequency converter can realize the purpose of soft start of the motor, energy saving and speed control by changing the input voltage frequency of the equipment, and provide the equipment with overcurrent, overvoltage, overload and other protection functions.
